Correct, pedophilia is not ok, having sex with adult women is the only acceptable kind of relationship because only an adult woman can agree to marriage for the sake of bearing children and as a result participate in sex that is not lustful.

Nothing in the talmud is law, only a record of legal discussion and precedent.
Being Jewish enough to be considered a Jew has nothing to do with following what is in the talmud and more about the discretion of your rabbi.
That's because Jewish law is entirely descriptive founded upon recording whatever successful customs had been traditionally practiced and judging what was reasonable relative to that. Ancient Jews in pre-rabbinical Judaism didn't have any of their customs written down and there was just this vague idea of making sure you fit in with the community.
The Hadith is also often given much more weight than it is due being that muslims aren't expected to believe it is the word of Allah. It is a compilation of all things that have ever been attributed to Mohammad, peace be upon him, but did not gain sufficient consensus to be considered part of the Quran. That goes without saying how the Qirat are basically the same as the Quran but different ways of wording things.
To a christian the Hadith can be thought of as having importance somewhere between the importance of the stories of catholic saints and the apocrypha. The "10" Qirat can be thought of as being like the various different translations of the bible with the Quran being like the King James Version.
About pedophilia I'm finding a fairly good age that people ought to be permitted to have sex and get married ought to be 12. That's an age where most females will be biological adults.
I believe that's a reasonable balance between age 8 where a significant number of females will reach biological adulthood and 16 where nearly all females would have reached biological adulthood.
I would only argue that it ought to be 8 years old if anyone has any objections to 12 being too young because fuck you I know you have no idea what you're talking about. If we start caring about sexual dimorphism being a measure of when people can start to have sex it would require measuring someone's bust or cock.
I can see the logic because it is certainly correlated but in practice it is absurd to consider.
