I agree wholeheartedly. This type of chicanery is why I believe current_ should be reinstated as moderator. She knows what's best for the forum, and is a member of the "old guard" that I was at least once a part of when I was more active. I hope we can clean the forum up together.

I think this goes to show why OP may be right.

In light of recent events, I have given moderator to current_ so that we can have tighter control over the mechanisms of this here website.

Why would the admin of a forum willfully create alternate accounts and derail posts?

The forum is better with fewer rules in my opinion.
