Absolutely not. This user has been been proven beyond any shadow of a doubt to be a predator to marginalized groups such as women and children. By allowing him back, you are putting these vulnerable persons at great risk of being exploited and harmed by this out of control pervert. I would advocate for his server ban being extended to the forum because there is absolutely no justification whatsoever for allowing someone like this anywhere near this community. Anyway, to address the original topic of the conversation, if this user hasn't broken the rules then the suspension is invalid and thus should be overturned. I would like to add that I do believe in second chances, especially for new users. So if this Robert fellow wants to submit an appeal in which he apologizes for mistakes he may have made in interacting with the forum's community, all the better. I might remind all of you, and inform you newfags, that the old forum was destroyed due to infighting and constant drama of this very same nature. Let's not repeat history. Nobody cares if you don't like a user, but don't go trying to voteban people just because you personally don't like them.

Instead of arguing whether or not he broke the rules, it's more important that what he did was fundamentally wrong and could negatively impact other users on the server/forum. I don't understand why he was banned from the server and not the forum, but it also seems like he was using the server in order to DM randoms, which is annoying.

It has also already been made clear that he was warned to not use the server as an outlet for "dating" or approaching girls and blatantly said that he wasn't going to stop. So, if you unban him, he's just going to start doing it again. For that reason, I see no reason to unban him aside from all the arguments that rely solely on interpreting the written rules.

Except it goes both ways. The admin has made it clear by making this conversation that he is considering unbanning Robert. He can restore access at any time without notice, and revoke yours while he's at it. That's right, I've done some digging and it seems you're an alt of Adolf Hitler, a notorious troll and samefagger known for raiding the forum impersonating a user named Akefu.
