Women are particularly sensitive to disgust, it's a feature of puberty, men are not. If anyone is suited for maintaining relationships it would be women.
Men are particularly risk tolerant, it's a feature of puberty, women are not. If anyone was built for making relationships difficult it would be men.
There are very good reasons why you would want people who are willing to lose everything they love. War, wisdom, honor to name a few.

The biggest mistake I see when women try to maintain a relationship is they think sex or beauty is all that they need.
Firstly, if you're not planning on having kids, yet you want a relationship you're a concubine not a potential wife.
Few women are planning on having kids so it doesn't make sense for any man to be concerned with a relationship.
Women will often be sexual as a way of establishing control over the relationship. When this doesn't work a woman feels powerless and instead of trying to figure out how to strengthen the relationship with more equitable means she simply hates the man that wouldn't be so easily controlled and leaves forever. Only to find another man that would be easier to control through sexuality. The problem is that sex has become very worthless. Women have to actually be good people in order to maintain relationships.

If men were to act in the same way and utilize what gives them the most power by exercising what they actually want to in the real world it would not be sex.
The thoughts that run through the minds of men most often are bloody dreams of slaughter.
If you look at the entertainment men actually participate in the most it's games of violence where you gun down everything that moves.
This is not going to be the kind of person that should be expected to maintain relationships but dissolve the relationships of opponents.
If you intend on making yourself an opponent to men you have only the edge of a blade or the barrel of a rifle to look forward to.
