I wonder what brought it down. This has happened to lots of old websites, including the original esoTalk website not long after I started my fork of the beta 2 code base.

it was falling apart, i'm guessing something just went wrong and brought it down for good.
first you couldn't post anything, then you couldn't log in, but you could still make accounts, then the account making system broke, then you couldn't view any posts, then it just died.

one thing though is that http://mrnase.de is still up, it's just it hasn't been updated since 2009

I tried emailing the guy a few months ago, still no response.
