Oh, it passes through me
Just another drink of that sanitary feat
I feel myself changing, re-arranging
Into the sad, the sob, the self-reflecting
The point player packing his thoughts nice and neat
Laying them out to dry
Doused in salt like a slab of meat

The card player has had enough of this
And he's feeling anxious to check and see
If his card playing game is obnoxious
Or just another wastrel cheat

He looks at what is around him
To make sure he won't be noticed
When he slips a wire from his jacket
And pokes a hole through the casket

Cold colors pass through the grazing sun
You feel that your life has only just begun
The past and the present now blend together
Fixating on your life and whether you should ever
Make your own beautiful dream

Now casting him into the sea
And gathers him by his pulpit
Sticks his fingers into your sockets
Your eyes wither away into thee

He whispers to me: "who are you"
And I say to him that I am me
But it really didn't even matter
Because I bowed and took the knee

In honor of all his glory
For he is the True Lord King
Before my creation, he was
And for all eternity he shall be
