Evidence of a state's success is the degree of expansion it realizes.
As it expands it adopts a variety of cultures that are categorically inferior as they have been subjugated.
The majority of the state is then populated by nations that cannot expand or maintain empire.
It's just rare that the people expanding a state would deliberately insist upon genocide of inferior or disloyal nations.
More often they settle for subjugation and outbreeding. Genocide is expensive and sets a brutal precedent.
Is it even possible to keep empire from being multicultural or is it a requirement?

That's when I wake up.
I am building up an understanding of my personal values so writing little articles like this help me explore that more.
I have an open journal where I write more deliberate 500 word articles that I put a lot of effort into but again just building up the muscle.
